2. Our Applications

Easy MoBile Tools develops and publishes the following Android applications:

• XAPK Installer — APK/XAPK installation tool with cache cleaner and XAPK manager
• Ad Blocker Pro - AdBlock VPN — DNS-based ad blocking solution with local VPN filtering
• Force Stop Apps, Force Stop — App management tool with force stop, APK extraction, and performance monitoring
• Phone Cleaner - Storage Cleaner — Storage optimization tool with junk file cleaning and duplicate removal

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features on our website (favorites, update alerts, download history, reviews), you must create an account by providing accurate and complete registration information.

3.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Permitted Use

You may use our apps and website for lawful personal purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our applications
• Use our apps to install malicious software or pirated content
• Interfere with or disrupt the security of our website or services
• Submit false reviews, spam, or fraudulent complaints
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or collect data from our website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to admin features or other users' accounts
• Redistribute our applications outside of authorized channels

5. App-Specific Terms

5.1 XAPK Installer

XAPK Installer is designed to install legitimate APK and XAPK files. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any files you install are legally obtained and free from malware. Easy MoBile Tools is not liable for any damage caused by files installed through our app.

5.2 Ad Blocker Pro

Ad Blocker Pro uses local VPN technology for DNS-based filtering. The VPN connection is created and managed locally on your device — no data is routed through external servers. By using this app, you acknowledge that ad blocking may affect the functionality of some apps and websites.

5.3 Force Stop Apps

Force stopping system-critical apps may cause your device to become unstable. Use this feature with caution. Easy MoBile Tools is not responsible for any system instability caused by force stopping essential services.

5.4 Phone Cleaner

Phone Cleaner deletes files identified as junk or cache. While we use smart algorithms to avoid important files, you should review items before cleaning. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from cleaning operations.

6. Reviews & Content

• Reviews you submit must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine experience
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain spam, hate speech, personal attacks, or misleading content
• By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on our website
• Complaints submitted through the complaint system are treated as confidential and reviewed by our admin team

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, icons, and branding associated with Easy MoBile Tools (including our website and applications) are owned by Easy MoBile Tools and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

8. Advertisements

Our free applications display advertisements served by Google AdMob. By using our free apps, you consent to viewing advertisements. Ad content is controlled by Google and third-party advertisers — Easy MoBile Tools is not responsible for the content of advertisements displayed.

9. Updates & Modifications

• We may release updates to our apps to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features
• We may modify these Terms at any time; changes will be posted on this page
• Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated Terms
• We reserve the right to discontinue any app or service at any time

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy MoBile Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our applications or website, including but not limited to data loss, device malfunction, or security breaches.

12. Google Play Store

Apps distributed via Google Play Store are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Terms and Google Play's terms, Google Play's terms shall prevail for app distribution matters.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels.
